Faith's Senior Session

Another senior session that I can't believe is happening already! When we moved to Fort Wayne, Faith was just a little girl about the age of my middle daughter now. I feel like I didn't even get a chance to blink, and here we are! Faith has always been so sweet and laid back, and always spoiling my kids in the nursery. But she is force to be reckoned with on the basketball court! Now she has also become a strong, independent and talented young lady. She is confident and unwavering, fully comfortable being herself. Those are traits I hope my own girls will grow to have.

We know you will do amazing things in this next chapter, Faith! Keep working hard and being you - beautiful in and out!

Julia & Tyler ~ the Wedding

 Julia and Tyler hosted their sweet autumn wedding at Pokagon State Park up by the northern Indiana border. I had been excited about this wedding for a year, knowing the location would be breathtaking and the couple so perfect for each other.

The ceremony was held on the sundeck overlooking the lake, and unexpected sea planes were parked across the lawn. The bridal party adorned the romantic hues of burgundy, mauve, coral and blush. After some portraits around the rustic lodge, we gathered inside for the reception. The dj played the Star Wars theme song for the grand entrance as the bridal party held up their light sabers. The toasts were filled with laughter and happy tears which made way into dancing in spotlights every color of the rainbow. Julia and Tyler's youngest boy stole the show for mostly every dance! 

Finally we stole away for a few moments at sunset to take some portraits on the beach. The atmosphere had quieted down, and the soft light was a perfect setting for some intimate shots of Julia, Tyler, and their three boys. 

Julia and Tyler, I hope your day was full of beautiful memories as you start this new chapter. As always, I am honored to have been a part of this milestone!
