The Nelson Family Session

I have loved getting to know this sweet little family. Ginger and her two adorable kiddos are our neighbors, and our kids jump at every chance they get to play together! She is quite a talented friend, who I plan on using when future clients need hair and make-up done for their pictures. We did an early morning session on the Pufferbelly Trail, with hardly a soul in sight, and the lighting glowing through the fall leaves was just glorious! (And we learned the hard way NOT to use mnm's - or anything colorful - as bribery to get the kids to sit still, haha!!)

The McArthy Family Session

I am so blessed to call this family MY family! Silas is getting more adventurous as the days go by, and he has about a million different expressions to go with it! I was laughing so hard scrolling through his pictures as I was editing because I honestly never knew what I was going to get next! He is a little ball of energy, but sweet as a button. I would say he gets it from his marathon-running daddy, but I knew his mama growing up and how she could jump off the walls, too!!

Carly & Eli ~ the Engagement

I am so thrilled to photograph this wedding next fall! Carly and Eli are just adorable-in-love, and I can only imagine that their day is going to be just as sweet. We had some fantastic lighting on a late October evening, while we explored the nostalgic features of what used to be Old Ponytown. Grassy meadows surrounded by woods, lakes, hidden trails and old barns... it was a photographer's dream!

Kelly & Jonas ~ the Wedding

Lovely shades of turquoise and purple filled this gorgeous October wedding. Kelly and Jonas held their ceremony at a beautiful church in Zanesville, IN, and then we were off to a one of a kind reception at the Tincaps Stadium! I loved getting some vintage-style pictures on the feild for them. The day was bustling with excited friends and family, and of course, the family dog Rufus! It was amazing seeing this sweet couple together and how they just clicked. And their adoration for each other was written all over their faces as I went back through their images.
