When my neighbor asked me if I could photograph her daughter and niece in these matching dresses, I couldn't resist! Flowing with pink ruffles and a gorgeous lace back on two adorable girls - that is any photographer's dream. And our friend was quick to offer her yard full of wildflowers as a perfect backdrop! It was a short session of snapping a couple poses and just letting them run free, and I think we captured that sweet and wild country girl spirit. 💞
Courtney needed some new headshots for her business website, and we decided to add in some quick family photos while we were at it. What an AMAZING setup they have in their backyard - I am in love!! Behind their home is a fun golf-cart ride down a steep hill into the woods that backs up to Cedar Creek. The lighting was incredible. We had fun splashing in the shallow water, finding shells (... I had no idea we had shells in Indiana, lol), and coaxed and bribed little Chloe into smiling, but she wasn't having it - in the most adorable, almost-two-year-old way, of course! Such a fun session!! I love finding little known settings like this that are hidden gems. And the company was even better. Aren't they a great looking crew?!
