The Klepfer Family Session

This sweet family is my first session for the spring. We juggled schedules and prayed for good weather, and finally lucked out with a cool May morning. Amidst the fluffy dandelions and surrounded by pond frogs, these kids were just full of excitement and wonder. I love capturing those looks on their faces - the beautiful, and far too fleeting, magic of childhood.

We focused a lot of time on little Ellie, making sure we got plenty of poses to choose from for her first birthday. Such a teeny girl! But I can tell already that she can hold her own with her older siblings! The bond between them all is so evident, and I know Jon and Robyn have to be beaming with pride watching them together. And I'm certainly honored to be asked to box these little moments up for them and keep time still - just for a little bit!

  1. I love looking at your family photos. I remember taking a lot of pictures when my family was young. But hardly anyone got to see them, as they are tucked away in a drawer somewhere, fading with time. It is nice how you can express your family love in such a great medium, that is istantanious. I love caring and teaching your wonderful children at Church. May God Bless! Becky Goldner
